1. Job Order A job requisition form from the client. Type of employment was already identified.
2. Identifying Candidates Here, the client and the consultant, will identify the job requirements. What’s the essential requirements, education and relevant experiences needed.
3. Interviewing the Candidates We conduct online (Skype/Web Ex) for Web-based applicants. And a face-to-face interview for Site-based and Office-based (Internal hires) applicants. We also check their resources and work from home requirements, just to make sure that they can work right from their home.
4. References And Checks We follow a standard process for reference checking. We compare candidates on an equal basis and ensure that we are asking the same balanced and fair questions that will help us make an educated decision on whom to hire for the role.
5. CV Presentation to Client This the time we need to present the candidate’s profile to the client. We make sure we’ve taken all the important details that indicates the candidate’s qualification for the job.
6. Preparation for Interviews at Client We give some tips for the candidate before facing the interview with client. We coordinate the schedule to the both parties. We ensure that the both parties will have a clear and comprehensive interview activity.
7. Follow-Ups after Interviews We conduct follow-ups for the client’s decision. Hence, we can update the candidates for their application statuses.
